PROJECT AIMS
BEHEALTH project aims at supporting VET and WBL providers in nursing education towards evaluating and improving their quality assurance practices. The project aspires to provide the target group with innovative 360- degree control tools integrated in a novel Intelligent Mentoring Tool (IMT), that will enable them to assess their Quality Assurance QA policy in line with EU standards and be guided to tailored action planning for improvement with the active involvement of all stakeholders.
ACTIVITIES
Supporting VET and WBL providers in adopting standardised QA process with the Intelligent Mentoring Tool, resulting in a substantial change in the way VET is practised at the organisational level, making it compliant to the EU standards.
Make VET and WBL in Nursing relevant to the society needs and improve training services and connection with stakeholders through 360- degree control tools.
Create impact on the pilot participants and award BEHEALTH Quality Badge recognizing their achievement in quality assurance.
RESULTS
Benchmarking Guide of EU Quality Assurance Frameworks in Nursing.
QA frameworks for VET organisations offering nursing qualifications and organisations offering WBL in nursing 360- degree control tools for self evaluation, for VET providers and WBL providers.
Intelligent Mentoring Tool, which will integrate frameworks and tools and will be piloted in all partner countries Trainings and Workshops.
