About:
Building a Violence-Free Future for Europe’s HORECA Industry
Europe’s hospitality sector thrives on people — their passion, energy, and creativity. Yet, behind the smiles of millions of professionals working in hotels, restaurants, and catering, there are hidden challenges: workplace violence, exclusion, and cultural barriers.
ACT10N: Commitment to Violence-Free Culture in European HORECA is an Erasmus+ initiative co-funded by the European Union, uniting partners from Portugal, Cyprus, Slovenia, and the Netherlands.
Our mission is simple yet transformative:
- To inspire a culture shift in the European hospitality industry — one that embraces inclusion, respect, and solidarity.
- Through innovative tools and human-centered learning, ACT10N empowers managers and teams to take 10 minutes a day to create a safer, fairer, and more connected workplace.
- Because a stronger Europe begins with workplaces where everyone belongs.
