The IMMiNTE (Integrating Immigrants into the Tourism and Hospitality Sector in the EU) project aims to address labour shortages and skills mismatches in the European tourism and hospitality sector by supporting the social and professional integration of immigrants through innovative vocational education and training (VET).

OBJECTIVES
- Foster new digital tools and VET trainings to facilitate cultural diversity and inclusivity of immigrants to address market needs of the hospitality and tourism sector.
- Empower and reskill immigrants with vocational skills to thrive in the HORECO sector.
- Equip HORECO sector with necessary skills to create a diverse workforce by enhancing service quality and ensuring cultural transition.
- Raise awareness among decision-makers about the value of a diverse workforce.
